Lemberg Law investigating GoPro Battery Life issues

Lemberg Law is once again investigating a potential class action lawsuit against GoPro. Some consumers claim that GoPro cameras have severely reduced battery life, particularly in cold weather and in addition to this, excessive battery drain even when equipment is turned off.

My GoPro battery dies fast!

Our research has shown that GoPro knows about the problem with the battery in its cameras but is ignoring it.

When you buy a new piece of equipment, you expect it to be reliable. That’s a reasonable expectation. Oftentimes, though, manufacturers become aware of defects yet don’t take immediate steps to correct the problem. Lemberg Law is dedicated to holding companies that sell defective products to consumers accountable. We do that by representing groups of consumers in class action lawsuits. We would welcome the opportunity to represent you.

If you own a GoPro camera, have experienced battery problems and you are interested in becoming a class action plaintiff, complete our Free Case Evaluation Form or call us at 475-277-2200.
