    They call me and my sister day and night. I have never listed my sister nber on anything and when they called they said their going to take the money from my account and take me to court. She said I refuse to pay which I did not even get to say anything on the phone…..

    They make it sound like I have a “docket” and that they will be taking legal action against me and my social security number. They stated that I have been “served” yet I have received no proof of service via mail or by a process server. They did not tell me in what the debt was in regards to. They also called from a number with a 559 area code, so they are definitely caller ID fraud.
