Can Integral Recoveries Sue Me or Garnish My Wages?

It is illegal for a debt collector to make empty threats to sue you or garnish your wages. It is also unlikely Integral Recoveries would sue you for a debt you may not owe or they cannot validate. However, debt collection agencies are known to have summoned debtors to court and garnish wages after a default judgement. Contacting an attorney BEFORE this could possibly happen would be a smart move. We’ve helped thousands of consumers fight back against unscrupulous debt collection harassers. Can you help me file a No Fee Lawsuit against Integral Recoveries?

Absolutely.  You can sue a debt collector. Here is a Sample Complaint:

Complaints against Integral Recoveries commonly cite problems resulting from customer service described as rude and unprofessional. In January 2018, a complainant indicated he had contacted Integral Recoveries to pay a collection notice. The IR representative accepted the complainant’s payment, but then told him “that they weren’t supposed to and that he … had to pay the county court directly.” Regardless, the “money had already been taken from… the complainant’s account and…was no longer available, so …now the bill is late and the complainant’s license is suspended as a result of funds… not being available to pay the right person.” The complainant indicated that a supervisor had “apologized but said there’s nothing they can do about it and that it will take 3-5 business days to return …the money.” In addition, the complainant indicated that the “supervisor was extremely rude on the phone and berated him for not paying his bill on time.” At the time of the complaint, the complainant “still…did not have…the funds returned to his account.”

In response, Integral Recoveries “acknowledged that a payment was inadvertently taken by one of…their representatives when … the complainant should have been instructed to pay the court directly.” IR insisted that “once the payment was processed… the… representative immediately realized her error and…IR canceled the transaction. As of …the date of IR’s response, their records reflect that the funds were returned to … the complainant’s account.” The response also indicated that the “supervisor did reach out to … the court and explained the situation so…the complainant is free to pay them directly.” Integral Recoveries “apologized for this error” and indicated their commitment to “using this as a training opportunity.” IR thanked the complainant for “making …them aware as…they strive for all encounters with our organization to be positive.”

Integral Recoveries Calling You?

Federal laws protect you. The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) regulates the behavior of collection agencies by prohibiting actions such as the use of abusive or threatening language; harassment; or the use of false or misleading information to collect a debt. The FCRA regulates how collection agencies and creditors report delinquent debts to credit reporting agencies. Additional consumer protection laws include the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Consumer Financial Protection Act (CFPA).

Can I sue Integral Recoveries for harassment?

Yes. If you want to enforce your rights, or recover money for violations — you need to sue. Federal laws provide individuals like you with a means to seek monetary damages in court. I was contacted last Friday 9/7 stating that my husband and I were owing on our state taxes for 2013. This woman Dawn Archuleta claimed without knowing even our official tax ID that we are now owing $1443.80. She tried to get me to commit to arrangements over the phone and I told her that I needed further proof on her. She then started emailing me and with the phone numbers, she was giving me to call where not business lines, in fact, they were track phone numbers. I have saved three emails from her. We’re sorry, there were no Results found for businesses and corporations in the United States with Phone Number (303) 317-8469.

To verify our company information, you can contact the State at 303-205-8291 or go to colorado.gov/pacific/tax/income-tax-individual-pay and click on “what if I don’t pay”. Please now note that this Dawn Archuleta is now contacting Robert’s boss to attempt to start to garnish his wages and humiliate him at his place of employment. So, I pulled his confirmation information and there is no liens or judgments on the confirmation report through TLO for either one of us. Lastly, I wish to say, this website above is for Pacific time and we are Mountain Standard Time. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience.
