WebRecon Names Sergei Lemberg “Most Active” Consumer Attorney

WebRecon tracks debt collection litigation information and sells it to the debt collection industry. In its online publication, WebRecon publishes Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act litigation information drawn from federal court filings, as well as Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaint statistics.

The company’s “Debt Collection Litigation & CFPB Complaint Statistics, December 2014 and Year in Review” names Sergei Lemberg as the “most active” consumer attorney of 2014. WebRecon also placed Sergei Lemberg at the top of its “most active” list in 2012, and 2013.
