I took out a $2000 loan with easy pay and paid over $2000 and they say I still owe $1500 and they got me with their 90 day interest free offer which is deceiving. They prey on poor desperate people

I had to get tires for my car in Sept 2022 and the tire place told me I could finance through Easy Pay. I have more than paid off my original loan and then some but they keep billing me saying me I owe the 189% interest.

I looked at my credit report and discovered someone had taken a loan out for Easy Pay with Midas.I called the number on the report. I asked for identifying information. They only thing they had was my name, ssn, and an old address. They stated they do not have a picture of the photo ID that should have been shown. When I called actual Midas location where the loan was processed interestingly enough they claim their records don’t go back that far. The call center is very unprofessional and janky. They hung up on me. This company lacks accountability. How are we allowing company’s like this to exist. That’s preys on the consumer with no room for accountability.

I have a contract with Easypay I borrowed around 1200 and they locked me into a 12 month contract and even though I am about done paying off that loan they are still intending to charge me 203 a month for the next 7 months. This was not explained to me and I can’t afford to keep paying. I am thinking of just revoking the rest of the payments but I don’t want bad credit or to be sued or herassed
