Eastern medical placed 3 negative marks on my credit report. Before they placed them they threaten to make it happen. I was afraid and didn’t want to ruin my credit so I decided to make payments. After paying half on one account I found out it was already paid by my insurance company. I stop paying them and they added that and two other collections to my credit report. They refused to pay me back and said it was confirmed. They even knew about my procedure which is a violation of my medical privacy rights. This company is bad and will do whatever it takes to get money from you. I’m thinking about suing them and the medical agency for violating my privacy rights and ruining my credit report.
