Nth Degree Data Breach: What Happened & What You Should Know

How Did This Happen?
Nth Degree reports that between December 12 and December 20, 2024, an unauthorized party accessed its network. On March 24, 2025, after completing a forensic investigation and manual document review, the company confirmed that personal data had likely been exposed.
Exposed Information
According to the company’s notice, the following types of information may have been accessed:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Driver’s license number
- Passport number
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
- Other sensitive personal data
Nth Degree Response
Nth Degree says it immediately worked to secure its network once suspicious activity was discovered. The company engaged external cybersecurity experts to investigate and is now offering:
- Twelve months of free credit monitoring through TransUnion
- Fraud assistance and remediation services via Cyberscout, a TransUnion company
The company has also committed to reviewing and updating its internal security controls.
What You Should Do
