Can you help me file a No Fee Lawsuit against Darnel Quick Recovery?

Absolutely. Here are some Sample Complaints

Complaints against Darnel Quick Recovery cite problems resulting from disputes about the validity of debts and the accuracy of information reported to the credit reporting agencies. In August 2018, a complainant stated that he had disputed several debts with DQR and asked “for them to delete the addresses listed in their database as they are inaccurate and erroneous.” The complainant stated that he had “disputed these inaccurate account entries… on numerous occasions,” but DQR had insisted that “the items were verified.” Specifically, DQR “alleged that a balance for 2 accounts was due…in the amount of $1,100.00.” The balance of one account was for $650.00, and the balance for the other was $480.00. The complainant stated that DQR had failed “to provide any documentation that bore his original signature for both entries, nor any documentation that reflected the financial responsibility page for both entries.” In addition, DQR “never ceased reporting… these inaccurate entries to the credit bureaus as requested.” The complainant also stated that he had visited the healthcare facility where he had received care, “and requested a complete and comprehensive document that reflected any charges that he may allegedly owe the facility…He attached documentation that reflects a mere 1 account and a balance of $350.00,” and complained that the healthcare facility and DQR continue “to damage his creditworthiness with these inaccurate entries.” The complainant requested that DQR “delete these entries immediately from his credit report, having …attached documentation that fully justifies their inaccuracy and untruthfulness.”

In May 2018, a complainant stated that he had “received his credit report and noticed a debt from” DQR. He “wrote a letter and sent it certified mail asking for proof that this was his debt and where he owed the” money. The complainant alleged that Darnel Quick Recovery “failed to respond or send… the information he requested.” After waiting a reasonable amount of time, the complainant“sent another certified letter requesting this information to be validated or, if it could not be validated, for it to be removed from his credit report.” DQR allegedly would “not respond to any of his requests.” The complainant insisted that the “balance was paid in full by his insurance company.” He also stated that the hospital where he had been treated had been purchased, “and they did not update his account information.” Now, “no one can find his bill nor services from that date.” He said that DQR’s only effort was to write him “out a hand bill physically, which does not prove anything.”
Both complaints were closed without any public response from DQR.

Darnel Quick Recovery Calling You?

Federal laws protect you. The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) regulates the behavior of collection agencies by prohibiting actions such as the use of abusive or threatening language; harassment; or the use of false or misleading information to collect a debt. The FCRA regulates how collection agencies and creditors report delinquent debts to credit reporting agencies. Additional consumer protection laws include the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Consumer Financial Protection Act (CFPA).

But here’s the rub: If you want to enforce your rights, or recover money for violations — you need to sue. These laws provide individuals like you with a means to seek monetary damages in court. For example, the FDCPA allows consumers who have been violated to recover damages of up to $1,000, plus attorney fees and court costs.
