Arnold Harris has called me repeatedly for months, sometimes 5 or 6 times a day. They are collecting a debt for Kansas Dept of Revenue. The debt is not mine, they have some address I never heard of. They say I own 2600.00 to Kansas Income tax. My daughter was in a crippling car accident that year and I was so busy in intensive care I didn’t file my taxes at all that year. So where is that huge total coming from? One lady was so rude to me when I questioned her she said “ I don’t care what you do honey you owe the money so just pay it or we will see you in court! Another was so rude she said is this your Ss number I said yes and she said then it’s you stop denying this debt, I promise you we will call you every day until you make payment. This debt is from 2016, she said if you think this isn’t your debt then send us bills and mail tax returns to prove you don’t live at this erroneous address. 7 years ago right I keep all my old bills, I submit 10/40 no itemized receipts. I am not a business. Please help! I have voice mails many of them.
