Can you help me file a No Fee Lawsuit against Friendly Finance Corporation – FFC?

Absolutely. Here are some Sample Cases against Friendly Finance Corporation.

According to information available on the BBB, complaints against Friendly Finance Corporation largely raise issues with billing, collections, and customer service. Consumers also complaint about improper communications and information sharing. The 19 complaints about FFC on the CFPB website raise similar issues.

In January 2018, a consumer complained to the CFPB about FFC’s “very unfair, unscrupulous, and unprofessional business practices.” The complainant alleged that he financed a car loan with Friendly Finance Corporation “years” before. On occasion, when the complainant was late on a monthly payment, FFC representatives called him and were “unprofessional”, “very assertive, threatening, and rude.” The complainant explained that the most recent example of this came the day before he made his complaint when an FFC representative called the complainant and told him that FFC was going to repossess my car because he was “way behind” on his payments, that he “had written bad checks”, and that he “incurred overdraft fees.” According to the complainant, none of this was true. In fact, had the FFC representative “done further research and communicated with” other FFC representatives familiar with the complainant’s account, she would have known that Friendly Finance Corporation “erroneously charged the complainant’s checking account” when he arranged “to make a payment via a Holiday Extension offer he had received, which was then voided” due to FFC’s mistake. This is what put his account “in poor standing in the first place.” The complainant found this most recent call “very disturbing and troublesome. The complainant indicated that he was a “law-abiding, hard-working” military veteran who was “dealing with some difficulties” and that Friendly Finance Corporation was “exploiting” his credit rating, “being rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional” to him, and that it lacked “the ability to provide good customer service.”

In December 2017, a consumer complained to the BBB, alleging that Friendly Finance Corporation contacted his neighbor about his car loan. According to the complainant, when he returned home one day, his neighbor came out to greet him. The neighbor informed the complainant that someone from FFC had called her home to ask about the complainant and told her to have him call a specific FFC representative. The complainant indicated that he had been hospitalized due to his cancer and did not need the “stress” of having Friendly Finance Corporation call and leave “personal messages” divulging his “personal business” with people like the neighbor, whom he knows “in passing” only.

Friendly Finance Corporation FFC Calling You?

Understanding Your Debt Collection Rights

Consumers are protected from abusive debt collectors from the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). By way of instance, the debt collector must identify himself or herself, who they’re working for, and what debt they’re collecting. The FDCPA claims that debt collectors can’t use any deceptive or misleading representation, like implying the debt is secured by the USA or any particular state. Additionally, they can’t use a badge or uniform to pretend they’re a government employee collecting a debt. Misrepresentation is a violation of the FDCPA and could be reported as such.

In case you’ve been a victim of a debt collector’s wrongdoing, then you can search for justice under the FDCPA. You have the right to pursue a claim against the debt collector; if you prevail, you can collect up to $1,000, plus attorney fees and court costs.
