Fay servicing basically stole my home. They were outside of the statute of limitations and they fabricated the documents that they used. They didn’t even have the correct interest rate written down. They forged our signatures and told me they were modifying my loan who left they pursued a foreclosure. They violated ever collection act there is to violate. They stole the $250,000 of equity I had and my kids and I left our home with the clothes on our backs. I want to sue them. It’s not right to do that to families. I worked hard for that equity. Now we are homeless. With no way to survive and no home
