Can you help me file a No Fee Lawsuit against Credit Corp Solutions?

Absolutely.  You can sue a debt collector. Here are some Sample Cases against Credit Corp Solutions Inc

In August 2017, a complainant indicated that Credit Corp Solutions failed to verify a debt of $1,651.51 that was reported to TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian credit reporting agencies (CRAs).  The complainant further alleged that he had requested verification of the debt according to provisions of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) but that Credit Corp failed to respond. In addition, the complainant claimed that Credit Corp continued to make contact attempts despite his having informed them that the debt was not his, and that their reporting of inaccurate information to the CRAs violated the FDCPA’s prohibition against using false, deceptive, or misleading information. Also in August 2017, a complainant disputed Credit Corp’s right to continue collection efforts on the basis of their alleged failure to provide verification of the debt.

The complainant disputed the validity of subsequent efforts on the part of Credit Corp to provide verification by citing their failure to adhere to various provisions of laws specific to his state of residence. In March 2017, a complainant alleged Credit Corp violated his rights by refusing to comply with his request to lower his monthly payment obligation to accommodate his reduced employment.

Past Press Releases of Lawsuits Brought On By Lemberg Law Against Credit Corp Solutions Inc

Jan 1, 2016. Debt collectors are supposed to keep most information about a person’s debt private, but sometimes they violate the prohibition against giving information. Lemberg Law is representing a client who claims that this is what happened to her. She says that Credit Corp Solutions called her brother, who did not co-sign for the credit nor was in any other way responsible for it, and told him about our client’s debt.

Our client says that Credit Corp Solutions called her brother looking for her, and he informed Credit Corp Solutions that they could not reach our client at that number and to please stop calling him. However, our client says that Credit Corp Solutions continued to call her brother and also gave him information about the debt owed by her. Our client thinks Credit Corp Solutions did this to intentionally humiliate her since it had her contact information the entire time.

On behalf of our client, Lemberg Law recently filed suit in U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, charging Credit Corp Solutions with violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) by contacting third parties for purposes other than to obtain location information; by revealing debt information to third parties; by engaging in harassing behavior; and by using unfair and unconscionable means to collect a debt. It asks for statutory damages of $1,000, plus other relief.

Credit Corp Solutions Calling You?

Federal laws protect you. The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) regulates the behavior of collection agencies by prohibiting actions such as the use of abusive or threatening language; harassment; or the use of false or misleading information to collect a debt. The FCRA regulates how collection agencies and creditors report delinquent debts to credit reporting agencies. Additional consumer protection laws include the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Consumer Financial Protection Act (CFPA).

Can I sue Credit Corp Solutions for harassment?

Yes. If you want to enforce your rights, or recover money for violations — you need to sue. Federal laws provide individuals like you with a means to seek monetary damages in court. For example, the FDCPA allows consumers who have been violated to recover damages of up to $1,000, plus attorney fees and court costs.

They have called me 100+ times from number with the same area code as me but different ending digits and have recently began to “warn me that things don’t really turn out as win for other people with them so they suggest I just pay $90 to settle right now.” This being a fraudulent PayPal charge that the ‘phone jockey’ accused me of lying about albeit I am asking for the fraud packet to be set to my ACTUAL address to submit my paperwork. Disgusting company.

  • Nettiegurl16

They’ve called me many times, always from a different masked number as my area code. Left voicemails about ‘personal business matter’. They’ve bothered a few of my relatives phishing for info. Even sent me spam emails with a 3rd party address which I have blocked. I don’t owe any debt from 10, 20, or whatnot years ago.

  • Shonder

I just went through my phone and called a bunch of numbers that have been spamming me the last couple months and called the numbers to see who they belong to. Credit Corp Solutions has called me 87, yes 87! times since July 5th, and it is now August 23rd. They have called 35 of the past 49 days using 12 different numbers that still work to contact them. On 22 days, they have called three times, on 8 days, they have called twice, and on five days, they have called once! I feel like I’m losing my mind!

  • Joe C

They think they are clever using area codes that are the same as yours or family members. Don’t they know how futile it is to try this tactic. I have a phone number from someplace that I know no one at all or have ever been to. That’s how I know not to answer. When I do decide to answer to have fun, they act like they know the person they are talking to. I told them a few times that the person they are looking for is not me. Clearly they have been told to stop calling by me, yet they constantly call.

  • PleAsher J

I had to look this company up because the woman called using my area code said a name like the person she was calling is best friends. I didn’t tell her who I was she recited the person last four of the social security number. I asked who was she several times then she said the person’s last name and i kept asking her to leave msg. She kept asking and so I asked her did she understand English and told her I was willing to speak to her in Spanish she said I’ll just call her at work and hung up. So that’s when I called the number back and didn’t touch anything and the automated voice said Credit Corp Solutions and so now I have the person’s full name and last four of their social. If I wanted to I could get more information on that person. And CCS don’t know who I was all this done in a harassing manner.

  • Jen

They keep calling me, and the debt isn’t even mine (they were asking for a family member).

  • robert c

harassing from my area code phone numbers wont tell me what the debt is for calling me while im at work

  • Jo L

I am getting calls from them all of the time. I owe a little over $16,000 and they are not willing to settle for a penny less. I have made an offer to pay them $8,000 or the offer was previously made to me $200 at $14,000 was going to do that today and they stated that this wasn’t an option anymore.

  • Nicole

I have never got a phone call, letter or anything from this company. Then I get a summons and complaint served to me in front of our house, in front of my neighbors and in front of my children. If they have called me they have never left any messages or anything.

I have been trying to contact Credit Corp Solutions for three days but the line is always busy.I am on a deployment assignment in Puerto Rico as a FEMA reservist. I received notice from them Saturday before i left demanding payment of a debt that was charged off by the Lending Club.I am expected to be here 60 days or even longer and them to freeze all late fees, interests and penalties.Should i continue trying to contact them since their line is always busy and since the debt was charged off isn’t the Lending Club going report this to IRS as a default and IRS consider it as income.

Can credit corps solution take me to court or sue me if I can’t pay the amount they want me to pay or make a payment . I don’t work anymore and they keep calling and they send me a letter pre-legal notice saying my account meets there legal referral criteria and is eligible to be referred to an attorney that if payment is not made they will be sending my account to a law firm to be reviewed by an attorney for possible legal option ….. should I be worried….

  • Pat w

They have been calling me nonstop with different numbers..I don’t answer

  • Brandi

They called my job at 4:00 pm yesterday stating they didn’t know how they got my work number. I advised them I could not take personal calls at work and hung up. The same guy called my job again this morning at 7:52am. I told him if he called me at work again I would seek legal action. They don’t seem to care what the law is…going to be really hard to collect money if I loose my job because of these people. I still don’t even know what they’re trying to collect on but they would already have my cell phone number and my address. There are plenty of other ways to reach me.

  • Tristan T

They just thought it wise to call my job. Never gave my work place number on any of the paper work i have filled out. Unbelievable.
