Credit Systems International constantly calls everyday and ask me questions they should know if they are calling me. I’ve asked them to send me in writing.

I called them to settle my accounts on January 11, 2019. The Rep specifically told me I had 10 accounts TOTAL. She offered me a settlement amount which I paid. Today I called due to items still being on my report and they said that these weren’t included! How were they not?! They lied to get me to pay under false pretenses that my accounts were all settled.
