A complainant explains that an employee of Compass Recovery Group claims that she sent the complainant letters in the mail explaining that the complainant owed money to a specific company. This letter allegedly explained how much money was owed, but the complainant claims that they never received said letters and therefore were unaware of the debt. As a result, the complainant did not know that any debt was owed until the employee of the collections company called their mother, before contacting the complainant, claiming that the complainant had 3 days to get the money or get sued by the company to whom they owe money to.
Later, the complainant contacted the collections company and the employee, “completely disregarded the questions and was extremely condescending and not understanding at all”. The complainant would like clear communication from this collections company, and for Compass Recovery Group to stop contacting their family members.
